Who we are

This website is operated by Palanca Bridge Corp, a U.S. Delaware C-Corporation.

Information you provide

This site collects personal data directly only when you choose to send it to us — through the contact form or by email. The contact form asks for your full name, company or institution, role or title, country of primary operations, the nature of your enquiry, and your message, and lets you attach a PDF if you wish. Providing this information is voluntary, and we ask only for what we need to respond.

How we use it

We use what you submit to respond to your enquiry and to conduct initial compliance screening. Palanca Bridge conducts KYC and sanctions screening on prospective clients before engagement. Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship.

We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we do not add you to any mailing list without your consent.

Vendor-Onboarding Pack requests

If you request our Vendor-Onboarding Pack, we ask for your email address, your firm, and the purpose of your request. Requests go to our Chief Compliance Officer for review, and the request record is retained for seven years.

Retention

We keep other information you submit only for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry and any engagement that follows, or for as long as the law or our compliance record-keeping obligations require. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted.

No sale of data, no ad-tech

We never sell personal data. This site carries no advertising trackers, marketing pixels, or social-media tracking scripts. Service providers that host this site and deliver our email process data on our behalf, under obligations of confidentiality, and for no other purpose.

Analytics and cookies

Where we measure how the site is used, we use privacy-friendly analytics only — aggregate figures such as page views and language — with no ad-tech trackers and no cross-site profiling. Any cookie notice on this site never blocks its content.

Your choices

You may ask us at any time for a copy of the personal data you have submitted, or ask us to correct or delete it, subject to any record we are required by law to keep. Write to info@palancabridge.com and we will respond promptly.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the updated version on this page with a revised date. This policy is available in English and in Portuguese (Política de Privacidade).
